The Bales and Bedding Hay Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is intended for legal residents of Texas and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable Texas and United States law. Do not enter this Giveaway if you do not reside in Texas or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.
SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR: The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Bales and Bedding LLC, 5648 N US Hwy 281, Mineral Wells, TX 76067 (the "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have reached the age of majority in Texas and are licensed drivers as of June 7, 2025. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. Void outside Texas and where prohibited by law.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Winning the Grand Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 a.m. MST on June 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. MST on September 12, 2025.
HOW TO ENTER:
Purchase Entry: During the Giveaway Period, entrants who make a hay purchase from Bales and Bedding LLC will automatically receive ten (1FREE HAY FRIDAY – OFFICIAL RULES1. EligibilityOpen to legal residents of Texas who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, immediate family members, and household members of Bales and Bedding LLC are not eligible.
2. Promotion PeriodThe promotion begins on June 7th and continues until further notice.
Weekly drawings will be held every Friday at noon Central Time.
3. How to EnterA. Purchase-Based Entries:
Receive 1 entry for every bale of hay purchased at Bales and Bedding LLC during the promotion period.
B. Social Media Entries:
Follow and like us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok = 1 entry per platform.
Post a shout-out tagging @balesandbedding and using #FreeHayFriday = 1 entry per post per day.
C. Free Mail-In Entry:
Handwrite your full name, up-to-date mailing address, and best phone number or email address on a 3x5 index card.
Place the card in a #10 envelope and write “Free Hay Friday” on the back center of the envelope.

Limit one mailed entry per person per day.
4. Winner SelectionOne winner will be selected at random each Friday at noon from all eligible entries received by that Friday at 11:00 AM Central Time.
Winner will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and notified via phone or email.
Once a participant wins, they are ineligible to win again for at least 30 days from the date of their win.
5. PrizeEach weekly winner will receive 5 free hay bales to be picked up from Bales and Bedding LLC at 5648 N US Hwy 281, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.
Hay must be picked up during normal business hours within 7 days of notification.
No substitutions or cash equivalent.
No delivery is included.
6. TaxesWinner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize.
Prizes may be considered taxable income. Bales and Bedding LLC may issue a 1099-MISC if the cumulative prize value exceeds $600.
7. General ConditionsNo purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
All entry methods are treated equally.
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Bales and Bedding LLC, which are final and binding.
Winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and photo for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Bales and Bedding LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of LiabilityBales and Bedding LLC is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.
